"Little girl with a little dog", study for a portrait

pastel on paper, white lead and pencil. Viazzi was a pupil of G. Grosso at the Albertina in Turin, he specialized in portraits and perfected himself in Florence, studying fifteenth-century Tuscan painting. After a stay in Milan, during which & nbsp; he met G. Previati and approached Divisionism, in 1906 & nbsp; he moved permanently to Genoa, where he painted views of the Riviera and the port, scenes of marine life, etc. Small frame in gilded wood and glass. Measure cm. 122 x 52.5.
