The Gelardini Auctions offers a service that will allow you to participate in all our auctions via Computer. The service is free and all the lots that pass under the auctioneer's hammer will be available to you, wherever you are. You will not have to download any application or install any program, but only register on the Gelardini Aste website.
To follow and be able to access
LiveAuctions in real time, the first step is registration, filling in the data requested in the registration form and uploading a front and back copy of a valid identity document and tax code. Once the form has been sent, the Administration of Gelardini Aste will verify the data and documents entered and will validate the account within 24 hours of the request.
Registration can also be done as a guest (without uploading identity documents) but in this way you can only follow and not actively participate and bid on lots of possible interest.
Registration is only required the first time, and remains valid for all subsequent auctions as long as the documents are valid. Please check in time, before the start of the LiveAuction, that the account is still active, so as to have time to resend the documents if they have expired.
The
Gelardini Aste assumes no responsibility for a failure to complete an online offer due to errors to a loss of connection to the Live platform, or to the operating system. The service is available for all auctions organized by Gelardini Aste, with the exception of Online Timed Auctions, which take place always and only through the online catalog.
For any dispute, the decision of the Auctioneer will sentence the validity of the auction. The award of a lot, to be considered valid, must
always be confirmed by a communication from Gelardini Aste via e-mail.
How to bid for a lot during the Live Auction.Once you have registered, you will have confirmation that you are enabled for ALiveAuctions when on the online catalog of the reference auction or in your private area, you will see a green writing:
AUTHORIZED. If the user registration is incomplete, a communication will be read:
COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE.In the days preceding the Live Auction it is possible to insert pre-auction offers directly from the online catalog on the lots of interest that have the same value as the written offers of traditional auctions. On the appropriate offer form, you can specify whether you are entering a written offer with a maximum amount, or an offer with a telephone request. You can download the offer form, also from the online catalog, to send written or telephone offers via FAX.
To easily follow the lots of your interest, you can keep track of them by ticking them with the yellow star next to the number of each lot, in the lot detail. The favorite lots will be visible in your Reserved Area under the heading
Sales, Offers, Lots, where they can be easily recovered.
Within this panel it will also be possible to monitor the status of your offers and the documents following the awards (account statements and invoices, etc.).
On the day of the sale, the AuctionLive platform will be accessible only one hour before the starting time indicated by the Gelardini Aste. At the users already registered on the site will be sent a reminder email with the direct link to access the AuctionLive, otherwise they can be accessed conveniently from their Reserved Area or from the online catalog by clicking on the word ENTER THE ROOM.
