Signed lower left. 'Lancer and cavalryman at rest with wayfarer', 31 x 42 cm. Small oil painting on canvas probably executed by the Master around 1880. The painting is accompanied by the opinion of Dr. Francesca Dini of Florence. At the bottom of the frame written in ink 'I am convinced it is a very interesting work by Giovanni Fattori from 1880, Odoardo Giglioli Hillyer Director RR. Gallerie di Firenze'. [..]
